Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union may withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable EU and national consumer law.
The item must be returned complete and in the condition received. Parts showing installation, damage or use beyond ordinary inspection may have diminished value.

Include all supplied components and use protective packaging.
Refund
Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method after receipt and inspection.
Return and warranty conditions
- The customer normally pays return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged in transit or not the item ordered.
- Custom-made, personalised or legally excluded goods may not qualify for withdrawal.
- Statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods are not limited by this policy.
- For used parts, the disclosed condition and known defects form part of the product description.
